1. Summary
We set analytics cookies only if you accept them. When you first visit, a banner asks whether you allow Google Analytics cookies, which we load through Google Tag Manager. Until you click “Accept”, no Google script is loaded and no analytics cookie is set. If you click “Reject”, the site works exactly the same. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and we do not share your browsing behaviour with advertising networks.
We do use a small amount of local storage in your own browser for one purpose only: to save your progress if you start filling in one of our project or quote forms. This is explained in Section 3.

They help us understand how many people visit, which pages they view, and how they move through the site, so we can improve it. Google processes this data on our behalf.

Local storage (strictly necessary)
Local storage differs from cookies in an important way: it stays in your browser and is never transmitted to our servers. We use it to remember your cookie choice and so you do not lose your work if you navigate away mid-form.

These entries hold only your cookie choice and what you typed into the form. They contain no identifiers, no tracking data, and are not read by any third party. Under applicable law this is storage that is strictly necessary to deliver a service you asked for, so it does not require consent.
4. Third-Party Services
Apart from the Google Analytics cookies described above, which are set only with your consent, we set no third-party cookies. Some resources used to display this website are loaded from external providers, and your browser must contact them directly to fetch those files. In doing so, your IP address and browser details are visible to that provider:
- Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com) — supplies the typefaces used across the site.
- Tailwind CSS CDN (cdn.tailwindcss.com) — supplies the stylesheet framework used for layout.
- Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (googletagmanager.com, google-analytics.com) — loaded only after you accept analytics cookies. Google may process this data outside your country; see Google’s Privacy Policy.
Google Fonts and the Tailwind CSS CDN set no cookie through this website. None of these providers receives any information you enter into our forms. If you follow an outbound link from our site to a third-party website, that site’s own privacy and cookie policies apply.
5. How to Manage Your Preferences
You can accept or reject analytics cookies at any time. Changing your mind is as easy as giving consent: open the cookie banner and choose again. If you reject after accepting, we delete the Google Analytics cookies from your browser.
You can also control cookies and browser storage directly:
- Clear local storage — your browser’s Privacy or Site Data settings let you clear stored data for a specific site. Clearing ours will simply discard any saved form progress.
- Block storage — most browsers can block site storage entirely. The website will still work; you will just lose the form auto-save convenience.
- Private browsing — storage is discarded automatically when you close the window.
6. Do Not Track Signals
Some browsers can send a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. There is no agreed standard for responding to it, so we rely on your explicit choice in our cookie banner instead: no analytics cookie is ever set unless you click “Accept”.

We may update this policy if our practices change. If we ever add advertising or any other new category of non-essential cookie, we will update this page and ask for your consent before those cookies are set. The revised version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date.
